If you are feeling lost, let's work together to find a new perspective. In therapy I consider the whole person in their own unique environment and stage of life. I work to help you make sense of your here and now. Combining practical tools with a focus on language and metaphor, let's open the map and get started! I am currently serving adults in the state of Georgia through telemental health and in-person in the Athens-Clarke, Oconee County area. I see couples, individuals, or small groups. I aim to practice in an inclusive and culturally humble way. Populations and situations with which I have experience: * mood issues like anxiety and depression * perfectionism * midlife transition * relationship changes * LGBTQI+ community * identity issues / life changes * creativity coaching * overwhelmed helpers / burnout * group trainings for work or personal events To get started, simply email or call me. We will have a short (10-15 minute) call to find out your needs. If we are a good fit, we'll go through the next steps for intake. FEES/PAYMENT: Sessions are 50 minutes at $100/hr. Most card payments and HSA taken. I am not on insurance panels. Sliding scale offered upon availability and need. COVID NOTICE: I am fully vaccinated. Due to personal medical concerns and those of loved ones, I prefer vaccinated and/or masked for in-person sessions. Remote sessions also available.
